Map Asia Thank you for visiting Map Asia website Map Asia 2010 has proved to be a landmark conference, bringing together sponsors, speakers, exhibitors and delegates on a common platform and exchanging ideas over the week of July 26-28, 2010. The conference reflected optimism and growing confidence among the geospatial community about the potential for the sector. About 1350 participants has taken part in Map Asia this year where some fly in from across the corners of the world, met in an environment of vigour and synergy at the grand Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are overwhelmed to express our gratitude to all those who contributed in the resounding success of Map Asia 2010. Many emerged recommendations have been formulated following the discussions and deliberations made during the capacity building discussion forum, Symposia on Utility & Infrastructure, Seminars on Ocean Information Services & Agriculture and Plantation and Special Session on Geospatial for Development Sector.
